Yes – we have a fully stocked array of pork and beef. Check out our Meat Sales page for a list of cuts typically available.

We accept Venmo, Cashapp, or good ole’ cash.  We do not accept check payments any longer.

Yes! We offer gift certificates for use in our store.

How long does it take to get beef in for processing?2021-07-27T17:16:11+00:00

We generally stay booked up 6 to 9 months out for beef processing. We DO have a cancellation list. Please call us to get on the cancellation list if you need to get in earlier. We cannot guarantee when your spot may open up.

We do NOT process chickens or deer.

We process Beef, Pigs, Lamb and Goats.

This can vary per animal based on the size, fat content, etc. Every animal is different in the final cut specs also make a difference as well. Generally you can expect on average about 40% – 45% of live weight to be finished product.
